A simple but delicious cake recipe:

Cut the onions, mix 1 kg of minced meat, 2 eggs, breadcrumbs, line a 26 cm cake tin with aluminum foil and spread half of the minced meat mixture evenly on it, now spread the package of sliced meat evenly and make the remaining minced meat on it, cut the mushrooms and peppers and spread them evenly on the minced meat mixture, add 1 egg and the cup of sour cream or crème fraiche. Stir the crème fraiche and pour over the whole, spread the grated cheese evenly on the cake and bake in the oven at 180 °C for 45 min.
