1. mix coriander, garlic, ginger, cumin and chili spice in a large baking bowl.

2. salt, yogurt, juice of one lemon, food coloring, if using, and paradeis pulp to the herb mixture form and mix.

Cut the chicken breast fillets into bite-sized pieces with a sharp kitchen knife and add to the yogurt and spice mixture form. Stir everything well and marinate for 3 hours.

Spread the onion rings evenly in a gratin dish and pour half of the oil over them.

5. place the marinated chicken breasts on the onion rings and grill in the heated oven grill for 25-30 minutes, turning each chicken breast once to the other side and brushing with the remaining oil.

Arrange the chicken tikka on a bed of lettuce and garnish with lemon wedges.

Tip Chicken tikka can be served as an appetizer or with naan bread mango or rate chutney.
