Mix flour in a baking bowl, make a dent, crumble the yeast into it, stir with sugar and milk and let rise for 15 min. with the lid closed unheated.

Salt, coriander, egg and flaxseed to the dough form, knead everything together well and beat heartily. Let rise again for 20 min.

Form 5 balls from the dough with floured hands. Grease a baking tray and sprinkle with flour. Roll out the dough balls into patties about 1 cm thick, place on the baking sheet and rise for another 20 min. Brush with milk and sprinkle with coriander.

Preheat the stove to 220 °C. Put the baking tray on the middle shelf and let the bread cook and brown for 20 min.
