For the fried potato casserole, prepare the fried potatoes. Bread the cutlets as usual and cut them into pieces. Grease a gratin dish, put half the amount of fried potatoes in it, place the cutlet pieces on top and cover with the rest of the fried potatoes.

Mix crème fraîche with whipped cream, chive rolls and grated cheese, pour over the potatoes and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.

Roast potato casserole is a good use of leftovers if you have cutlets and roast potatoes left over from the day before.
