A more wonderful asparagus recipe:
Preheat the oven to 100 degrees.
Cut the goat cheese into pieces about two centimeters thick, drizzle with a little maple syrup and wrap each in a slice of ham. Place in the heated stove for ten minutes.
Cut asparagus spears in half diagonally and cook in steamer for two minutes. Peel mango and avocado and cut into one centimeter cubes. Bake pine nuts. Squeeze juice from lime. Mix dressing of maple syrup, quince jelly, olive oil and lime juice, season to taste. Carefully marinate asparagus spears, avocado and mango with the dressing, mix in finely chopped mint at the end. Arrange leaf salad, slice goat cheese and arrange on top of leaf salad. Drizzle with a little maple syrup, olive oil and the pine nuts. Decorate with arugula and flowers, bring to the table.
