Chicory Casserole with Ham and Cheese Sauce

Instructions:

Clean and halve the chicory, discarding the bitter stalk from the center. Sauté the chicory halves in 30 g butter or light butter for 5 minutes. 2.

Coarsely dice the chicory. Put the chicory in an ovenproof dish. Sprinkle ham cubes on top, pour cheese sauce over. Next, sprinkle the Parmesan cheese on top.

4. bake the chicory casserole in the heated oven at 200 °C (gas 3) for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.

Serve with boiled potatoes or dark bread.
