Carefully pit the dates without cutting them in half (a narrow pocket should remain for the filling). Cut the bacon strips in half lengthwise.

For the filling, press the garlic, mix with almonds, plum seed oil and lemon juice.

Fill each PDate with 1-2 tsp of the filling and then wrap it with half a bacon strip and fix it with a toothpick.

Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the dates until crispy all over, drain on a kitchen towel and serve.
