For the egg rice with vegetables, first cook the rice with the water and the bouillon cube until it is done.
Sauté the vegetables (depending on what you want or what you have at home) in a pan with olive oil. Add the cooked rice and fry it well in a pan.
Then beat the eggs over it and let it fry, stirring, until everything is nice and crispy.
