Try this delicious cake recipe:

Separate the eggs and whip the egg whites until stiff. Squeeze the curd in a tea towel, then stir the yolks, salt, milk and sugar together in a baking bowl. Sift the flour into a separate bowl and press an indentation in the center. Gently mix in the curd mixture. Then gently fold the slivered almonds and currants into the beaten egg whites.

Heat a large frying pan with the butter, pour in the quantity and set.

Bake in a hot oven at 200 °C for about 5 minutes. Then, using two forks, tear the mixture into small pieces. Dust with powdered sugar.
