Work plan:

The day before the party, prepare lemon soup, but do not yet bind it with egg yolk.

Bake raisin cake, but do not dust with powdered sugar yet.

Make stock for the stifado.

Marinate lamb shoulders.

Stir tzatziki, but do not add kitchen herbs yet.

Cook eggplant puree, but do not add parsley yet.

Cover everything and set aside to cool.

Day of party:

Cook and toast melanzane-peanut cookies when lamb shoulders are in the stove.

Cook lamb shoulders until tender.

Cook cucumber salad.

Bake potatoes.

Boil zucchini.

Kitchen herbs to tzatziki form.

Parsley to eggplant puree form.

Finish cooking stifado.

Bind lemon soup.

Dust raisin cake with powdered sugar.
