Season veal chops with salt and pepper, grill in a grill pan for 4 min on each side. Mix Gorgonzola with half of the butter. Drain canned tomatoes, melt remaining butter, heat tomatoes in it, season with salt, pepper and oregano. Serve the chops and tomatoes together. Put the gorgonzola butter on the cutlets and serve them on the spot.
