For the mini November muffins, prepare the muffin batter according to the basic recipe.

Line a mini muffin tin with cups, fill the batter into a piping bag with a round nozzle and pipe into the cups.

Bake the muffins at 160 °C on the middle rack for about 20 minutes. Let the muffins cool a little and glaze with white icing.
