For the fried egg rice with chicken, cut the chicken cutlets into bite-sized pieces and cook them in some soup. When the meat is almost cooked, add the frozen peas and let them cook.
Then strain both and set aside. Now crack the eggs and scramble them in a small bowl. Heat oil in a frying pan (preferably a wok pan) while allowing the eggs to set.
IMPORTANT: while the eggs are beating, keep mixing them so that they form flakes. Now add the finished rice and the cooked meat with the peas.
Stir in the soup seasoning and let everything brown a little. Season with salt, pepper and soy sauce and serve the fried egg rice with chicken.
