Wild Strawberry Liqueur

Put the washed and drained wild strawberries in a bottle, add the rock candy, pour the brandy and store in a cool place.

After 4-6 weeks of resting, filter the liqueur through a fine sieve or tea towel.

Then let it mature again in a cool place for a few weeks.
