For the sweet potato goulash, finely dice the onion and fry in a little oil until translucent, briefly fry the garlic paste and paprika powder and pour in hot soup and bring to the boil.
Peel sweet potato, cut into cubes, add to soup and simmer gently for about 10 minutes. Stir in cream cheese, cut meat loaf into small cubes, add to goulash and season with salt and pepper if necessary.
