For the Kriecherl liqueur, first wash and cut the fruit (note: use only undamaged Kriecherl!). Pour into a larger glass jar and fill first with rock candy, then with the alcohol.

Close the jar and put it in a cool and dark place for at least 6 weeks, shaking it from time to time. Then strain the Kriecherl liqueur and fill into clean bottles.
