Prepare water, add cinnamon, cloves, lemon peel, infuse for 30 minutes.
Separate the egg, roast and diene the egg whites, put the egg yolks and sugar in a saucepan and stir with a whisk. Slowly add the seasoned water as well as the wine through a sieve and fold in. Gently heat the mixture, stirring constantly until it becomes more solid. Pour into a preheated glass form and drink on the spot.
