Prepare water, add cinnamon, cloves, lemon peel, infuse for 30 minutes.

Separate the egg, roast and diene the egg whites, put the egg yolks and sugar in a saucepan and stir with a whisk. Slowly add the seasoned water as well as the wine through a sieve and fold in.
