For the millet casserole, wash millet, simmer gently in water for 20 minutes and cover for another 10 – 15 minutes. In the meantime, soak raisins to taste.

Separate eggs and beat egg whites to snow. Mix yolks with sugar and vanilla sugar, add a pinch of cinnamon and yogurt. Mash the bananas with a fork, peel and grate the apples and add to the yolk mixture together with the raisins.

Add the cooled millet and finally fold in the beaten egg whites. Line a baking dish with butter and breadcrumbs or baking paper. Fill in the mixture and bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for approx. 50 minutes.
