For the vegetable millet with minced meat and chickpeas, cook the millet in water.

Cut the zucchini into cubes, fry the minced meat and zucchini in a little oil. Add tomatoes and chickpeas and simmer gently for about 5 minutes. Mix in millet and hummus.

Season with salt, pepper and coriander and serve the vegetable millet with minced meat and chickpeas.
