For the quinoa-millet salad, wash the millet, put it in a pot with twice the amount of water and add salt. Cook until the millet is soft. Prepare the quinoa in the same way. Let everything cool down.

Wash the lettuce and arugula, divide them into pieces. Cut tomatoes, cucumbers, onion as you like. Put everything in a pot (including quinoa and millet) and mix, pour lemon juice and season with salt, pepper, fresh herbs, olive oil and vinegar.
