Blanch (scald) tomatoes, peel and cut into slices, remove seeds. Make spaghetti “al dente” in enough salted water. Cut ham into wide strips, slice spring onions into very fine rings.
Mix all the ingredients except for the tomatoes with the drained pasta and put it in the greased dish of an oven. Put the tomato slices on top. Mix cayenne pepper, eggs, milk and herb salt and pour over the top. Sprinkle with butter flakes.
Put the dish in the oven and cook for half an hour at 200 degrees.
Serve with a mixed salad and a dry red wine.

Our tip: Use sweet red wine for a sweet note and rather dry wine for flavorful, spicy dishes.
