For millet with broccoli, peel and finely chop onion and garlic, then sauté in hot coconut oil.

Rinse millet hot, then add to onions and garlic. Pour in vegetable soup, bring to a boil. Cover and steam on low heat for about 25 minutes.

Wash and chop the broccoli. Blanch in boiling water for about 3-4 minutes.

Cut feta cheese into cubes, chives into rolls and tomatoes into cubes.

Mix feta cheese, chives, tomatoes and broccoli into the cooked millet and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Put millet with broccoli in a baking dish, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake at 180 °C for about 20 minutes until cheese is melted and gets a nice color.
