For the healthy pancakes, first grind only the oatmeal finely in the blender. Then add the milk, banana and baking powder and puree everything. As a quick variant, all ingredients can also be pureed together.
Let the dough swell for 10 minutes. Heat the coconut oil in a non-stick pan. Add 1 – 2 tablespoons of batter per pancake to the pan and bake the pancakes on both sides over medium heat for about two minutes.
