For the banana-millet casserole, preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Wash the millet thoroughly, put it in a pot with water, boil it for 15 minutes and let it stand covered for 10 minutes, drain the water.

Peel the bananas, cut them into thin slices, add them to the millet with the yogurt, sugar, vanilla sugar and cinnamon and mix well.

Finally, fold in the egg whites and pour into a baking dish lined with baking paper and bake the banana-millet casserole for 60-70 minutes.
