Finely chop the onions and sauté in oil until light. Soak the bread cubes in milk and eggs.

In a suitable bowl, mix the minced meat with the roasted onions, the soaked bread cubes, the finely chopped wild garlic, beef soup seasoning and paprika powder and form loaves with wet hands.

If the mixture is too soft, bind it with white bread crumbs.

Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the meatballs on both sides. Then add a little water, sprinkle in the gravy cubes and finish frying.

Arrange the meatballs and serve.
