For the spinach dumpling, mix breadcrumbs, milk, eggs and spinach and let stand for a while.

Peel and finely chop garlic and onion and fry in oil and add to the dumpling mixture. Mix well.

Form dumplings and put them in lightly simmering water. Let the spinach dumplings simmer gently for 15-20 minutes.
