For the plums and pears with tofuceme, rinse the plums, halve, core and quarter them.

Rinse the pears, quarter them and remove the core. Cut the pears into thin slices and mix them with the plums, the walnuts, the juice of one lemon and the pear syrup or honey in a baking bowl.

For the tofu cream, drain the tofu and cut it into coarse pieces. Blend the tofu with the whipped cream and the sugar cane granules or honey using a hand mixer. Season the sauce with cinnamon powder and lemon zest. Distribute the fruit mixture evenly on plates and garnish with the tofu cream.

Serve the plums and pears with tofu cream decorated with a little honey and a mint leaf.
