Preheat the oven on the highest setting. Quarter the bread and cut in half diagonally. Peel the garlic. Rinse the spinach and scoop it out. Heat a tablespoon of oil, add the dripping wet spinach and collapse in a closed saucepan. (Tk spinach defrost at low temperature.) Add crushed garlic and season heartily with salt and season with pepper. Steam the spinach for three minutes with the lid closed until soft.

In the meantime, toast the bread pieces in the hot oven for about three minutes until crispy. Lightly squeeze the spinach in a sieve and chop it coarsely on a board. Drizzle the bread with the remaining olive oil. Mix the cream cheese with the spinach and spread it evenly on the bread. Heat the bread pieces in the hot stove for three minutes. Spread the crabs evenly on top.

If you can’t get fresh crabs, use 100 grams of smoked salmon instead.
