Cheese Eggs with Bacon and Peppers

Dice the bacon and fry. Dice the onions, add and sauté in 5 min. until translucent. Cut the peppers into strips and add them as well.

Grate Gouda, mix eggs, fold in 3/4 of the cheese and season with salt and pepper. Form the egg mixture on the vegetables, fry and sprinkle with the rest of the cheese and the chives.


Our tip: use bacon with a subtle smoky touch!
