Cut the meat into bite-sized pieces. Chop the onions into small pieces. Cut the mushrooms into small slices.
Add half of the lard to the rendered fat, heat and gently fry the onions until translucent. Add the lard and brown well, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle with paprika and salt and douse with about 1/2 l of water, cover.
Simmer until cooked, then add the wine and 0.75 l of water, the mushrooms and the garlic. Brown the noodles in the remaining lard in a pan,
then add to the soup. Cook until they float to the top.
