For the nut nougat sticks, quickly knead all the ingredients for the dough and leave to rest in a cool place for at least 1 hour. Divide the dough into 6 parts and mix nuts, cinnamon and sugar. Roll out each ball of dough on the nut-sugar mixture (keep turning, rolling in the cinnamon-nut mixture well). Then divide the dough sheets into 6 cake pieces each, and roll in a thin nut-nougat stick in each.
Bake the nut-nougat sticks at 180 °C for about 20-25 minutes (rather longer than too short, they should be crispy).
