For the Parisian sticks, prepare a dough from 28 dag sugar, 2 egg whites and nuts. Roll out the dough and cut into sticks.

For the glaze, mix the remaining egg white with the remaining sugar and spread on the sticks.

Brush baking paper with butter and bake the Parisian Stangerl at 180 degrees until the glaze gets some color.
