For the egg beer soup, add Altbier, beef broth, salt and pepper to a pot and bring to a rapid boil. Whisk together whipping cream and egg yolks. Remove the soup from the heat and add the egg and cream mixture.

Garnish with parsley and flakes of stiffly beaten egg white. To taste, add toasted slices of white bread to the egg-beer soup.
