Make long grain rice according to directions and cool. Stir the salad dressing from the onions, sugar, mayo and soy sauce. Finely dice the sausage and rinse, seed and finely dice the bell bell pepper. Season the tangerines on a sieve with salt, add tangerine juice if too dry. Drain (save the juice).

Mix everything with the salad dressing.
