For the healthy whole grain snack roll, first prepare the whole grain snack roll. To do this, mix the flours and sunflower seeds together.

Crumble in the fresh yeast and mix with the honey and apple cider vinegar. Mix the yeast mixture with the flour mixture until a smooth dough is formed.

Dust this with a little flour and let rise, covered, for about 1/2 hour. Mix again and add more flour if necessary if the mixture is too sticky.

Form 10 equal-sized rolls and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, brush the rolls with water and sprinkle with a few sunflower seeds.

Place in the oven for about 50-60 minutes at 200 °C top/bottom heat.

After the whole wheat rolls are done and cooled, cut them twice to make a total of three roll pieces. Smear them with Ceres on the cut surfaces and salt them a little.

Chop the fresh chives and spread them on the rolls. Place lettuce, sliced tomatoes and bell pepper rings in the two spaces in between. Serve immediately or wrap up as a snack.
