Instructions:

For the cookie rum balls, melt the chocolate in a water bath and mix with hazelnuts, rum, cookie crumbs and soluble coffee powder.

Mix the butter with the powdered sugar until creamy and stir into the chocolate mixture.

With moistened hands, form equal-sized balls from the mixture and roll them in chocolate and sugar sprinkles.

Place the cookie rum balls in a sealed tin in the refrigerator to harden and store.
