For the nut dreams, beat egg whites until very stiff, add lemon juice, continue beating. Add the sugar and then carefully fold in the nuts. Place small heaps of the mixture on a baking tray lined with baking paper, this works well with two teaspoons.
Allow enough space, the macaroons will separate! Then bake slowly at 150°C in a preheated oven. This takes about 30 minutes.
Warm the nut nougat, stir in the nuts. Always stick two macaroons together with a little cream. Serve the nut dreams.
