For the banana pancakes, peel the bananas, mash one of them with a fork, whisk with milk and mix with the mixture of flour, honey, baking powder, salt and cinnamon to form a dough.

Mash the banana and whisk with oat milk and vanilla sugar. Mix the other dry ingredients and fold into the banana milk.

Cut the second banana into half slices and mix in. Melt butter in a frying pan and fry the pancakes in batches on both sides. Serve the banana pancakes hot garnished with maple syrup and walnuts.
