A strong, refreshing drink, which, due to the digestive stimulating effect of ginger, is just as good after a meal.

Peel the ginger, cut it into small pieces and crush it together with the sugar and the juices of the citrus fruits. Pour the mineral water over it, add the kitchen herbs and leave it in the refrigerator for one to 120 minutes. Garnish with a little lemon balm or verbena and serve chilled.

Our tip: As an alternative to fresh herbs, you can also use frozen ones – they also have a fresh taste!
