Place the puff pastry sheets against each other and thaw. Peel the potatoes, press them through the press. Rinse the spring onions, clean them and cut them into fine rings.
Mix the potatoes with the egg, Parmesan cheese, spring onions and chopped herbs. Season the mixture with salt, pepper and a pinch of nutmeg.
