Mix juice of one lemon, wine, tap water and sugar. Add rose petals. Cover and let stand for 1 day.

Pour liquid through a fine dish rag or a pointed sieve and squeeze properly. Pre-chill in ice chest or freezer.

Pour cooled liquid into running ice cream maker and freeze.

Freezing time 25-30 min.

Tip: Always use organic lemons for cooking, if possible!
