Cut the leeks into 10 cm long pieces, cut them a little and pull down the first leaves, but be careful that they keep their shape.

Chop the zucchini, bell bell pepper, garlic, onion, remaining leek and the cocktail tomatoes and fry well in a pan with a little oil. Season with salt and pepper, stir in the cream cheese and set aside.

Season the chopped tomatoes in the same way and round off with fresh herbs. Season to taste and pour into a baking dish.

Using a teaspoon, carefully pour the vegetable mixture into the leek tubes and roll/wrap each in a slice of Berger Roman ham.

Place in a row in the baking dish with the tomato sauce and sprinkle with the grated cheese.

Bake at 190 degrees for a good 20-25 minutes until the cheese is well colored.
