For the semolina boil with zing, bring wine, water and vanilla sugar to a boil in a saucepan. Boil the semolina in it and let it infuse. Separate eggs, grate lemon peel.
Stir in yolks, grated lemon peel and syrup diluted with water. Beat egg whites until stiff and add sugar. Fold into the cooking.
Serve the semolina boil sprinkled with grated chocolate and cinnamon.
