Young pigs up to one year old provide tender, lean roasts that are great for grilling – with proper additions, a delicious meal!
Remove the fresh leg of pork from the bone, skin and dry. Peel and crush the garlic cloves. Coat the inside with mustard, rub with pepper and the crushed garlic cloves. Roll up like a roll roast and wrap with spaghetti. Sprinkle with pepper on the outside as well. Place in the grill basket or possibly on the rotating spit of an electric grill and grill in the heated device at full heat for about 60 minutes.
Serve with boiled potatoes or potato croquettes, Brussels sprouts or sweet and sour white cabbage prepared with apples and raisins.
The beverage is a strong red wine or beer.
