A great fish recipe to make yourself:

Season salmon, sprinkle with juice of one lemon and marinate in the refrigerator with the lid closed for about 30 minutes, remove the peel from the garlic, cut into slices.

Rinse the potatoes, cut the larger ones into halves or quarters, place them in a frying pan and fry them together with the garlic in olive oil for 10-15 minutes, season lightly with salt, then spread evenly in a baking dish. Preheat the stove to 180 °C.

Cut the cherry tomatoes in half, cut the spring onions with the cabbage into strips, put both, together with the olives on the potatoes, season. Place the fish on top and add the lemon zest and juice, then drizzle with 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Cover with aluminum foil or a lid, place in the middle of the oven and cook for about 15 minutes. Remove the lid and cook for another 5-10 minutes.

Sprinkle with parsley before serving.

For 2 people: halve ingredients except amount of lemon as for 4 people. Use a smaller casserole dish.
