For the rice meat, cut the meat into cubes of about 2 cm. Fry finely chopped onions in fat until golden, add peppers and meat and pour soup over them.

Season with crushed garlic and salt. Stew meat with closed lid until half tender. Then pour off broth, add long grain rice to meat and double amount of water or soup.

Cover and cook in oven at 180 °C until long grain rice is tender. Serve on plates and sprinkle with parmesan if desired.
