A cake recipe for all foodies:

Coarsely chop chocolate, heat with milk, let melt in it and cool. Mix all dough ingredients in a baking bowl with a mixer. Grease a star-shaped cake pan (1.6 liters) and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Pour in the dough, bake.

Circuit: 170 to 190 °C , 2nd slide bar v. U.

160 to 180 °C , convection oven 60 to 65 min.

Then cool a little bit, carefully turn out of the pan. Prick cake a few times, drizzle with liqueur, cool completely. Melt the cooking chocolate, cover the star with it and let it dry a little. Crumble meringue, sprinkle over cake, dry, then sprinkle with pistachios and cocoa.
