Mix all the ingredients for the marinade in about 1 -2 days before and leave to infuse in the refrigerator.
For grilling, stir the paprika into the oil. Grill the meat for about 1 1/2 hours after washing and patting dry. Keep brushing with the oil/pepper mixture. About 10-15 minutes before the end of the grilling time, brush the meat generously with the marinade.
Serve the spare ribs garlic bread, green leaf salad and a good beer!
