Mix all ingredients with the mashed potatoes to form a relatively solid mixture. Season to taste or add seasoning if necessary.
Shape into small balls. Turn them in the flour and fry them in a hot pan with enough solids until they are golden brown. Serve with all kinds of dishes.

75 grams of ham 75 grams of grated Emmental or similar cheese
mix into the basic mixture.
Potato cakes with leek and bacon
1 tsp. clarified butter 4 slices of bacon finely chopped 1 kl leek in fine strips
Heat the fat in a frying pan and fry the leek and bacon briefly. Then cool and mix into the potato mixture.
