For the Asian egg rice, first cook the rice according to package instructions. In the meantime, whisk the eggs with sesame oil.

In a wok, heat the oil on high, then reduce the temperature a little and add the eggs. Keep stirring in between. After about two minutes, add the rice and fry again for about 3 minutes. Add the peas and salt and pepper the mixture. After about 5 minutes, add the bamboo shoots, bean sprouts and green onions and fry the Asian egg rice for another 2 minutes.
